I am continuing to get to the gym to workout, but I don’t intend on starting and pausing any efforts for liver cleanse or to get my digestion working well. So my first diet day will Monday, November 29th. I will monitor my intake this week and throughout the holiday weekend, but will eat my Thanksgiving Favs.
No Christmas holiday breaks though. Once I start, we get to the end. If I start next Monday I should be in some decent habits and flow by the time Christmas and New Years hit.
