I love the report I received. All of the time filling out the forms and participating in the interviews really paid off. Without getting too personal in my health, here are my four concentrated efforts (outside of weight loss):
- High Cholesterol
- High Blood Pressure
- Family history of heart disease
- Sinus Issues and Food
As an overview, the foods to avoid will be salt, processed foods, soups, alcohol, grapefruit (medication), dairy for the initial phases. Foods to enjoy will include non-heme iron foods, non-dairy probiotic foods, a variety of fruits and vegetables, limit my Potassium (I am high), various fish, and beef choices.
I need to drink lots of water.
Looking over the list, it does seem to be bad, it will get tough, matching it all up. Just a new habit to create right? I love veges, very few meats are off the list (no pork), the timing will be my challenge. i am an emotional and as time allows kind of eater.
