I love this book ! I actually got the chance to speak with the author on a conference call and walk through my experience and my quiz results and her explanation demonstrated to me how she really believes in what she was writing in this book. Spending so many years leading technology initiatives in law firms with so many great minds, it really was a challenge to balance your approaches to “win battles”. This book really has helped me understand the ‘toolbox’ we have at our disposal to be successful. As I combine this book with a couple others I was able to retool myself for moving forward. Another book I have passed around. A great read!
